Competitive companies throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley market have relied on Integrity Personnel as their “go-to” resource for smart and highly skilled employees since 1987. Integrity Personnel, Inc., and its affiliate, Integrity Business Services, LLC, deliver best-in-class staffing, recruitment, workforce consulting, and back-office support to small and mid-sized employers across nine major industry sectors.
Our business services are designed within the scope of three guiding principals:
Better People
Our region is fortunate to have an educated and diverse labor force that meets the hiring needs of more than 15,000 employers. We identify those people who are among the top 20% of performers within this workforce and recruit them to work for our clients. Across all occupations, Integrity Personnel’s high-performing employees help small businesses compete better and mid-sized companies grow faster.
Better Process
Good hiring decisions are not made by trial and error. We eliminate the uncertainty associated with traditional hiring methods by using best practices in every stage of the recruitment process. This requires thorough processes for establishing accurate hiring criteria, identifying the best sources for qualified candidates, quantifying individual’s experience and skills, and accurately matching the right people to the right jobs.
Better Results
We don’t believe that you can be the best in your industry without measuring your results against the competition. Integrity Personnel excels in every major performance indicator recognized by the staffing and recruiting industries. But our services aren’t designed to achieve awards for ourselves—they are designed to get our clients results every day.
We ensure that goals are met by providing both transparency in our process and financial guarantees tied to hiring outcomes. By benchmarking our clients’ business and financial goals to the results we deliver, we ensure that expectations are met or exceeded in every transaction.
Our Story
Patricia A. Flemming started Integrity Personnel as a temporary staffing agency providing small companies with secretarial and clerical support. Her goal was to create a business that helped women reenter the workforce at a time when the introduction of the personal computer and standard office software required new skills to perform administrative tasks.
By becoming an early adopter of computer-skills training technology and creating a corporate culture that treated individuals with respect and empathy, Pat quickly built a team of high-performing and dedicated office professionals. They, in turn, helped Integrity Personnel earn the loyalty of many of the best employers in the Lehigh Valley.
In less than five years, Integrity Personnel developed a reputation as the best source for highly skilled and professional clerical employees. Through the 1990s, the firm steadily grew both its client base and workforce while it continued to adapt to new technology and skills sets within its temporary workforce.
In 1998, Integrity added contingency search services to respond to a growing need for regular employees after the region recovered from the loss of heavy industry. By the end of that decade, Integrity Personnel operated three distinct business units providing traditional temporary support, project staffing, and recruitment and hiring services to over 400 employers throughout the Lehigh Valley.
After 9/11, and while the nation experienced the “jobless recovery,” Integrity’s professional staff began to apply the firm’s capabilities to more advanced methods of acquiring and retaining employees throughout organizations. As the Lehigh Valley’s economy grew and its business community became more diverse, new competition developed for the best people in the market. Leading organizations in the area called upon Integrity Personnel to develop smarter hiring methods to manage their growth. The firm established a series of best practices for both the recruitment and deployment of talent, and delivered workforce strategies to organizations managing change.
The firm’s leadership transitioned to the second generation in December 2003 when Kevin F. Flemming was named president. Many of the professionals who helped grow the business in its early years maintain important roles at the firm, while additions to the professional staff continually expand our capabilities.
Today, Integrity Personnel is comprised of two affiliated companies that offer four critical service programs to employers. Integrity Personnel, Inc., provides temporary staffing and recruitment services. Integrity Business Services, LLC, delivers workforce planning to medium and large employers and back-office support services to small business.
Part of our corporate mission is to pursue excellence in every task we undertake. We believe that there is always a better way. A better way to hire people…to manage business function…to make decisions…and to deliver value to our customers.
