One of the largest commercial insurance brokerages in the region is growing. This position is part of a team that prepares and distributes certificates of insurance to clients and vendors. The job requires computer proficiency and attention-to-detail. Look up and record specific insurance data to include in formatted certificates. Receive requests for information and deliver accurate and timely responses. This position is a launching point for promotion. Primary Job Duties
- Produce and distribute certificates of insurance to commercial clients.
- Perform accurate data entry and proofreading of insurance information.
- Answer general questions and requests for information.
- Provide back-up to reception.
- Proficiency in all MS Office software.
- Attention-to-Detail with document preparation.
- Professional phone and organizational skills required.
