One of the largest commercial insurance brokerages in the region is growing.  This position is part of a team that prepares and distributes certificates of insurance to clients and vendors.  The job requires computer proficiency and attention-to-detail.  Look up and record specific insurance data to include in formatted certificates.  Receive requests for information and deliver accurate and timely responses.  This position is a launching point for promotion.  Great career starter for energetic and responsible administrative professional.

Work Hours

M-F 9:00 - 5:00

Salary Range

$14.00/ hr.

Primary Job Duties

  • Produce and distribute certificates of insurance to commercial clients.
  • Perform accurate data entry and proofreading of insurance information.
  • Answer general questions and requests for information.
  • Provide back-up to reception.

Hiring Criteria

  • Proficiency in all MS Office software.
  • Attention-to-Detail with document preparation.
  • Professional phone and organizational skills required.
