Description

Opportunity to work in the payroll department of a large, diverse organization.  This long-term temporary position will be part of a multi-person team that processes the payroll for a large workforce across multiple cycles.  Previous payroll experience is required including specific knowledge of employment related tax and benefit reporting.

M-F 9:00-3:30

Salary Range

16.50

Primary Job Duties

  • Audit and resolve discrepancies in payroll transactions.
  • Determines correct entry of employee payroll data.
  • Assist in processing multiple payroll schedules.

Hiring Criteria

  • Min 5 years experience in payroll processing position.
  • High degree of knowledge in payroll accounting include employer/employee tax rules and withholding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and enterprise-level accounting application.
