As a company that gets paid to deliver workforce management expertise to other organizations, it’s only natural that our own employees have to meet pretty high expectations. Integrity is an organization comprised of high-performance individuals who bring professionalism and focus to their jobs every day.
We rely on a professional staff of qualified recruiting and business specialists who know how to collaborate and cooperate with each other to achieve business goals. They, in turn, rely on the hard work and dedication of our outstanding temporary and contract associates. This group includes the thousands of employees who have delivered on-site expertise and support to our clients over the years, and who continually receive recognition for meeting and exceeding our clients’ requirements.
This entire team is led by a senior staff of industry veterans who continually improve the methods and processes that we use to deliver our services.
Senior Staff
Kevin F. Flemming, President
Kevin joined Integrity Personnel in 1997 in a sales management role after working in corporate finance for a Fortune 500 company. He helped guide the business’s first evolution from traditional temporary services to an integrated staffing and recruiting model. Later named director of sales & marketing, he redesigned the firm’s business-to-business sales model and helped establish many of the service delivery processes used today. Throughout his industry career, Kevin has traveled the country for firsthand visits to other staffing and recruiting companies and has trained under other staffing CEOs to bring best practices to Integrity Personnel.
Kevin was raised and educated in the Lehigh Valley and is a proud graduate of both Allentown Central Catholic High School and DeSales University, where he is a member of the President’s Council. He holds a B.A. in business management and a Certified Staffing Professional designation through the American Staffing Association. Kevin has been closely involved with economic and community development initiatives in the Lehigh Valley since 2004, writing several articles and reports on the region’s economy. He is currently co-chair of Valley Vision 2015, the urban revitalization initiative of the GLVCC Foundation.
Named president of Integrity Personnel, Inc., at the end of 2003, Kevin introduced strategic workforce planning and business process outsourcing into the firm’s product mix and formed an affiliate company, Integrity Business Services, LLC, in 2008 to deliver these services to the business market. He has been personally involved with hiring talent for more than 400 companies and organizations to date, and consults with leading Lehigh Valley employers and business opinion makers.
Kevin writes about local workforce and economic issues for various publications and is a regularly featured presenter at many business-focused events throughout the year including the annual Economic Strategy and Community Investment Awards and the Administrative Excellence Awards. In addition, he has delivered lectures and seminars to groups including the Lehigh University Graduate Studies program, the Manufacturers Resource Center, and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
Barbara J. Barnhart, Director of Staffing
Barbara joined Integrity in 1991, early in the company’s life cycle, as a temporary staffing coordinator. Responsible for interviewing prospective candidates and filling last-minute orders for temporary help from the firm’s business clients, she developed the unique ability to match individual employees to specific jobs and companies where they are most successful. During her tenure, Barbara has been responsible for hiring thousands of people.
Barbara moved into a series of management roles in the mid-1990s, working side-by-side with the company’s founder to improve recruiting processes and office operations as the business expanded. She was named director of staffing in 2001 and is responsible for implementing the company’s core recruiting strategy.
She was one of the first industry professionals in Pennsylvania to earn the Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist designation through the National Association of Temporary Staffing Services (now known as American Staffing Association). This placed her in the top 20% of professionals in the nation. She later received the Certified Staffing Professional designation that enabled her to deliver the specialized expertise clients demand for their hiring decision-makers.
Barbara continues to work closely with firm’s corporate and institutional clients across all industry sectors and personally manages direct-hire recruiting engagements while overseeing the delivery of all staffing services.
Susanne L. Sheppard, Senior Business Relationship Manager
Susanne joined Integrity in 2006 as the firm’s primary business development professional. In her role, she has the dual responsibility of developing new client relationships while overseeing the delivery of services to some of the company’s most important customers.
With more than 20 years of combined experience in business services sales and not-for-profit development, Susanne delivers a highly tuned perspective on organizational decision-making to our clients. She relocated from Delaware in 2004, where she had worked at some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the state.
Susanne is active in a variety of charitable and business organizations in the Lehigh Valley, including the March of Dimes and the Rotary Club of Allentown.
