How It Works
- Our staffing managers will recruit, interview, and test the most qualified candidates.
- We will then introduce you to the two best choices, saving you the time of interviewing less qualified individuals.
- The candidate you select is employed through Integrity Personnel for the first 480 hours. This protects you from all employer liability while you assess the person’s skills and ability to perform the job.
- At the end of the temporary period, the candidate converts to your payroll at no additional charge.
