All of our engagements start with a series of questions, the answers to which create the model for implementation.  We take you through that process – and when you’re satisfied with the approach, we embed our framework with your existing business or organization to achieve the desired outcome.  We use evidence-based steps and methods for managing the project, and identify important benchmarks on the path to completion.

For business owners, if you can articulate your goals and commit to a timeframe – then you’re ready.  For non-profit and public agencies, it’s standard practice to issue an RFP which we will respond to based on the scope of the work.

There are generally 2 components of this service: A fixed management fee and an optional support fee.  Customers may choose to engage Integrity for the initial project first, then select ongoing program support depending on the area.  If utilizing an RFP process, the scope will determine the cost.

Our management process is unique to Integrity  … it’s not a book, nor packaged solution.  The steps & methods we use come from four decades of institutional knowledge and our experience with over 1,000 businesses and organizations across dozens of industries.
