The recruiting fee is per position and based on the job level:  Unskilled, Technical, or Professional.  The fee covers the entire hiring cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding your new employee.  Plus, we cover the risk of a mismatched candidate with our performance guarantee.

Prior to initiating recruiting activities, we’ll review the employment criteria, budgeted compensation, and the hiring process with you.  Our objective is to ensure that you will only meet candidates who are available and able to do the job.
