Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a Lehigh Valley headquartered company in the transportation industry.  This position is responsible for the accounts receivable process and for tracking and reporting data from multiple offices located across the country.  Work with a team of dedicated and enthusiastic co-workers helping to grow a business that is already considered a leader in the field.

M - F 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary Range


Primary Job Duties

  • Process deposits and post payments to customer accounts.
  • Process credit adjustments and research discrepancies.
  • Download electronic payment information and process credit card transactions.
  • Maintain internal truck billing and expense reports.
  • Assist with credit and collections.

Hiring Criteria

  • Min. 5 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting support role.
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong business math acumen.
