Primary Job Duties
- Scan documents for filing in database.
- Process incoming & outgoing mail.
- Receive and sort timesheets and equipment lists for invoicing.
- Sort and stuff invoices for mailing.
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office and general inventory / purchasing database software.
- Min. 1 year experience in an office clerical role.
- Strong business math skills.
- Desire to learn.
