Primary Job Duties
- Scanning documents into pre-determined file format.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Receive and process timesheets and equipment lists for invoicing
- Sort and stuff invoices using mail folding machine
- Basic computer skills
- Min. 2 yrs in office support role
- Ability to follow workflow process
