Temp to Hire
This is a Part-Time permanent job with a small, well-established business in Allentown. Full charge bookkeeping with some customer and vendor support. Work directly for the owner as the “Go-To” person for all accounting. Flexible schedule 3 days per week. Very good pay for an experience bookkeeping professional with mastery in Quickbooks.
3 days/week 5 hours/day
Primary Job Duties
- Manage the full bookkeeping/ accounting cycle for the business incl. A.R., A.P. Billing & Collections, Tax Submissions, and G.L. entry.
- Maintain accurate entries in QuickBooks; track A.R. aging; reconcile accounts; produce financial reports.
- Enter and process bi-weekly payroll through 3rd party payroll system.
- Communicate with owner regularly to manage cash flow; track inventory; and ensure that pricing and costs are controlled.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business/ Accounting
- Min. 3 years experience in full-charge bookkeeping position
- Expert level proficiency in QuickBooks.
