This is a unique, career building opportunity for an H.R. focused candidate with strong computer skills and good process knowledge.  Work for a well-established company in the diversified services industry to support its growing human resources department.  Assist the H.R. management team with employment and onboarding processes, as well as special projects.  This is NOT a recruiter job!  We’re looking for high performing administrative professionals with demonstrated knowledge of the hiring process.

M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Primary Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to H.R. department.
  • Write and publish job postings.
  • Schedule interviews and onboarding.
  • Enter and file all employment paperwork.
  • Review applications for completion and conduct pre-employment screening.

Hiring Criteria

  • Min. education of Associates degree in business discipline.
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office software.
  • Professional communications skills.
  • Min. 5 years experience in H.R. or Payroll role
