Assist the H.R. management team with employment and onboarding processes, as well as special projects. This is NOT a recruiter job! We’re looking for high performing administrative professionals with demonstrated knowledge of the hiring process.
Primary Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to H.R. department.
- Write and publish job postings.
- Schedule interviews and onboarding.
- Enter and file all employment paperwork.
- Review applications for completion and conduct pre-employment screening.
- Min. education of Associates degree in business discipline.
- High proficiency in all Microsoft Office software.
- Professional communications skills.
- Min. 5 years experience in H.R. or Payroll role
