Temp to Hire
Join the administrative support team at a large commercial insurance broker. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Track and update coverage and benefits information for commercial clients. Update insurance certificates and other documentation required. Research term and coverage information at the direction of the brokers and assist in preparing proposals and renewal packages.
M-F 8:30 - 4:30
Primary Job Duties
- Update and produce insurance certificates and coverage documentation.
- Communicate with carriers to obtain updated coverage information.
- Assist with preparing proposal and coverage packages for clients.
- Perform word processing and data entry.
- Minimum 4 yrs. experience in administrative or financial support position.
- High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
