Temp to Hire
Provide administrative support to a project management team for a commercial construction manager. Coordinate meetings, take and distribute notes and correspondence, compile information from various subcontractors and produce reports. This is a great opportunity to work for an established and respected professional company in the region.
M - F 7:30 - 4:00
Primary Job Duties
- Maintain documents, office workflow, and supplies for field office.
- Provide direct administrative support to the Project Manager and other professional members of the field office.
- Attend meetings with subcontractors and client to keep minutes and provide documentation.
- Perform word processing and data entry.
- Minimum 4 yrs. experience in administrative or financial support position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional phone and organizational skills required.
